This is the weekly candidate blogger post for Joe Biden. Stephen Cassidy and I haven’t agreed on much this election cycle, but I do agree with a point he made in this morning’s Richardson post: if negative attacks continues from our top tier, Iowa caucus goers may well give one of the more experienced second tier candidate a boost, just like they did in 2004.
